Last weeks workouts

Ugh so I ended up with Strep Throat but I didn't know that I had it so I spend 4 miserable days before I finally went in to the Dr.  Needless to say I spent my Mothers Day in bed with a 103 degree temp.  No Fun.  Now the kiddo has it.  Oh the joys of sickness.

So I thought I would do a quick wrap up of my work outs for last week:

Tuesday - 2.44 miles/30 minutes
Wednesday - 2.44 miles/30 minutes
Thursday - 2.47 miles/30 minutes
Friday - 2.2 miles/30 minutes

I blame Fridays on the Strep Throat.  I wasn't feeling right but I couldn't place my finger on exactly why.  I pushed myself as hard as I could but that was as good as I could go.

We are starting to look into some 5k's for next month.  We have a few more months before the half so we have to get the kiddo training.

Heres to a healthy next week both free of germs and full of healthy foods and work outs.
