We have been running a mile with the kiddo each day after work. He is doing a really good job. Plus its really fun to do it as a family. Our times are:

I am so proud of him. The first two days he couldn't run the whole thing but by the third day he was!!! He wants to be able to take pictures at the 5K at Disneyworld so he says he wants to keep a steady pace. I love this kid.
We finally decided to get on board with everybody and we invested in fitbits. It was an early Fathers day present for the hubby. So we have been working really hard on getting out steps in every day and it has been really fun. It motivates you to take the extra steps. I have now started walking on both my breaks at work instead of just getting on my phone or tablet in the break room. It also shows me that I don't get anywhere near enough sleep.
And we also decided to get Shape Up through our Xbox one. This thing is awesome. It really kicks your butt. We have been trying to do it 3x a week. You can just do quick play or you can do Training Quests which are about 15 minutes of different types of exercise games. Hubby is doing the cardio training quest and I am doing the Strength Training one. They have this game called ab blaster, and it HURTS so bad. But I know that means its working. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
We have also been doing really well at eating at home. We have completely cut out fast food and eating out. Hubby & kiddo want to use it as there rewards for hard work and I was all for it.
So all in all it has been a semi productive week and I am so proud of the kiddo.
